Location Details: Tempe, AZ At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Strategic Roadmap Development: Execute the roadmap for ourCareproductsaligning with broader Digital Careobjectives.Rethink customer interaction paradigms in the age of AI to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team toidentifypain points and opportunities for improvement. Product Development & Experimentation: Define and refine product requirements, conceptualizing and testing ideas to create transformative customer experiences.Formulate hypotheses and conduct experiments tooptimizeboth customer experience and business outcomes. Agile Mindset: Providedirectiontothe scrum team with clear, actionable requirements and planning artifacts.Guideprioritization, including coordination withengineeringto ensuretimelyand successful product delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate and evangelize the productfeatures andachievebusiness results.Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organization. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI domain. Your experience should include... 5+years' experienceas a Product manager, developing and launching digital productsand/orplatformenablementin a fast-paced environment. Proven success in being responsible for the product roadmap of significant customer-facing features and releasing via the formation of hypotheses and experimentation. Proficient in Agile methodologies and has experience driving Agile product development. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, assess outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom. Passion for understandinguserneeds, pairing with data, andgreat designto solve problems elegantly. You might also have... Experience developing internal software tools used by an organization. Software engineering background.
